RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In case you have any problem with the purchase, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to find a solution.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility to return or exchange it within 14 working days from the date you received the order.
To return an order you have to write to email@example.com within these 14 business days.
Your right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: - You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get your Return Number and inform us of the items you want to return. - The products must be returned intact; They cannot be used or damaged. - The products must bear the Certificate of Originality. - The products will be returned in their original packaging. - The products of the same order must be returned in the same shipment, we do not accept in any case to receive returns of the same order separately.
Your return must meet all these conditions for it to be accepted.
If you are in Spain (Peninsula) we will send the courier to collect your return, and in any other case, the return must be made by Certified Mail or some other system with a delivery record.
We are NOT responsible for shipping and returns due to changes of opinion, errors in the information sent, or for not having met your expectations. Only in cases where it is proven that you have received a defective item, we will take care of all the necessary steps.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from us. If you have purchased any product in one of our partner physical stores, contact her to process your exchange or return.
The purchase amount will be returned through the same method of payment, once we have received the item and it is in the same condition in which it was shipped.
