Pez Limón is a Gastroteca that takes its name from the lemon fish itself, which is very abundant in the waters of the island of Menorca.
This gastronomic project was born from the hands of Elena and Hector, two chefs who joined forces to create a cuisine with a focus on tradition, with an artisanal touch and seasonal flavors, highlighting local producers and thus ensuring a local product, with all the flavor and freshness of the island's ingredients.
A space with a passion for gastronomy, conveyed in an informal and fun way. These ingredients make Pez Limón a culinary experience connected to nature, to the people, to Mediterranean gastronomy, with its rich culture, and above all, to the island.
At Menorca Ilustrada®, we strongly identify with Pez Limón's values, and that's why we readily accepted their invitation to exhibit a wide selection of our illustrations in their wonderful space in the old town of Ciutadella ( Carrer de Sant Joan Baptista, 8).
